I have been thinking about Energy lately. We are all energy beings. We are made up of tiny particles of energy closely packed together. So We ARE Energy. Then there is the energy around us that is subtle and loosely floating around and is not so easy to be seen. But it is there and it does exist. The truth is, EVERYTHING IS ENERGY.
Where are you getting your energy? Are you getting it from doing things that you love? For example your work, or if not your work, how about your passions or heart-list? (A list of things that you love to do). I wrote a blog about having a heart-list here.
When working with The Law of Attraction you are working with Energy. Manifestation is an energy whereby what you focus on expands and grows. So in order to manifest more joy, love and fulfilment in your life. Be in that energy space and feel what it would be like to live in that vibration.
Another thing about Energy – it just is. This is something that I have been sitting with lately. In order to get out of my head and into my heart I needed to stop analysing and over analysing everything. Maybe you do this sometimes too? This keeps us stuck in our heads and therefore in ego. Instead try and switch this and repeat to yourself “it just is”. And then let it go.
I appreciate that this is not something easy to do, but it is something that you can practice.
I quote from ‘Ask and it is Given’ by Esther and Jerry Hicks: “There really is only one important question for you to ask: How can I bring myself into vibrational alignment with the desires that my experience has produced? And the answer is simple: Pay attention to the way you feel, and deliberately choose thoughts – about everything – that feel good to you when you think them.”
Other Questions to ponder:
- Has my focus been on what I do want as opposed to what I don’t want? Remember your attention must be on what you want, not on the lack of it.
- How pure is my intention?
- Have I been using practices to support myself? Try positive affirmations, having a heart-list, finding stillness, getting into your body.
Take time to find stillness within over the next few weeks and sit with what comes up for you and be honest and brave.
