Full Moon Yoga Workshop
Full Moon Workshop: DATES TBA – stay tuned! This will be part women’s circle and part vinyasa yoga workshop. The emotional focus of this workshop is on ‘letting go’; we shall flow with the energy of a Full Moon. The anatomical area of the body we will be working with is the hips, although it will be a full spectrum practice. No need to have come to a previous workshop, but some yoga experience is required.

New Moon Vinyasa Flow Workshop
This workshop is held in exchange for £20 before 24th January or £25 thereafter.

Vinyasa Yoga Mini-Workshop : + Brunch, (6 spaces only),
(Held approx every six weeks on a Saturday or Sunday) 10am-12:00 noon.
A longer yoga session, introducing either a new posture, sequence, pranayama, content or exercise + handouts. We then work towards that posture/sequence over the coming weeks.

Theme : ‘Time & Space’
Date: Sunday, 22nd March 2015
Time: 3pm to 5.30pm
Venue: Coffee7, 10 Sebert Road, Forest Gate, E7 0NQ,
Together we have an extra long vinyasa flow practice.
We will start with a short discussion on ‘time’ in relation to Pantajali’s Yoga Sutras. We will learn a chant which we will start and end with.
There will be candles to enhance the vibe we create.
In our asana work, we will incorporate postures based around the approach to Spring; namely cleansing the liver of the Kapha of winter utilising the fire (Pitta) of the Sun. So this will involve various twists. And we will also approach headstand. Or variations to headstand if you already have headstand in your practice.
I will share with you a powerful ‘sourcing the light meditation’ .
Finally, we will finish with a lovely long and nurturing Savasana/relaxation pose.
Numbers will be strictly limited.
